Welcome to the Season Registration 2020-2021

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 


Volunteer Fee **NEW for 2020**

To satisfy the club’s new Volunteer Requirement, each family will be required to volunteer for a minimum number of hours, specified as follows:

  • If your oldest player is a Minor Mite (Under 6): no volunteer hours are required
  • Families with any Travel players: Six hours per player. For families with multiple children in the program there is a maximum of 10 hours.
  • Families with House players only: Two hours per player.
  • For families with multiple children in the House League program: There is a maximum of 4 hours.      

OPT OUT OPTION
Like other elite sporting organizations in Illinois with similar volunteer requirements, our parents may “Opt Out” of the volunteering requirement by paying a fee. 

The Opt Out fee is calculated as follows:
Travel Players:             $350
House Players:            $100

Support for the Travel program requires more hours and activities than House League. The seasons, player and time requirements are longer and more frequent for Travel program participants. Therefore, the "opt out" fee – just like the Volunteer Requirement – is higher for Travel than it is for House League programs. 

NOTE:  Everyone will pay the volunteer fee now.  Once you fulfill your hours you will be refunded the fee.

USA Hockey Requirement

This registration is only for:

  • Bantams (2006's & 2007's)
  • Pee Wees (2008's & 2009's)
  • Squirts (2010's & 2011's)

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this registration session to sign up for the 2020-2021 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

** If your player was born in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016 please register using the Jr. Warriors registration form by clicking here.
